Responsibilities include: - Manage an accounting portfolio of approximately 30–35 properties with varying levels of complexity. - Serve as liaison between Community Managers, Management Team, and Accounting Leadership to ensure processes are followed and inquiries are resolved in a timely manner. - Act as a resource and contributor for other team members. - Research and resolve accounting questions involving assigned portfolio properties, escalating to Accounting Manager, Controller, or CFO when required. - Provide ongoing accounting training to team members and coordinate training as necessary. - Assist Community Managers and clients to resolve questions or financial issues (occasional attendance at Board meetings may be required). - Assist with other accounting issues and special projects as assigned.

Qualifications: - Education: High school diploma/GED; proficiency with Microsoft Office. - Preferred: Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent industry experience; proficiency with Vantaca HOA Accounting Software and/or St
