MSA, an employee-owned engineering firm with a long history of community impact, is seeking a Project Manager, Engineering for Water/Wastewater in Appleton, Wisconsin. This full-time, salaried position offers hybrid eligibility and flexible time arrangements. MSA supports water and wastewater infrastructure across the full project lifecycle—from planning and design through permitting, construction, and operations—and serves municipal, industrial, and private-sector clients. As a Project Manager, you will lead projects, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and manage scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, and client satisfaction. You will develop project plans, scopes, schedules, budgets, staffing strategies, and delivery approaches; keep projects moving by resolving issues and driving follow-through; oversee plans, specifications, bidding, and construction-phase services; and mentor emerging project managers and engineers. Responsibilities include: leading water and wastewater infrastructure projects; serving as the primary client contact; ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery; collaborating with QA/QC and technical leaders; communicating project status and decisions to clients and internal teams; supporting funding and permitting with specialists; participating in client meetings and public meetings as appropriate; identifying opportunities to grow existing relationships and win new business.
