We are seeking a Project Manager for Surgical Workflow projects to join a partner company in the United States. You will lead end-to-end installation projects from order entry through final implementation, coordinating internal teams, customers, contractors, and service partners to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and adherence to quality standards. This role offers the opportunity to work on healthcare technology projects with meaningful impact and to build relationships across cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment requiring leadership, technical expertise, and collaboration.

Responsibilities

Manage the complete lifecycle of assigned SWF projects from initiation through installation completion and transition to service support.
Develop project plans, timelines, staffing strategies, and installation schedules aligned with customer expectations and operational goals.
Coordinate internal teams, contractors, suppliers, logistics partners, and customer stakeholders to ensure successful execution.
Oversee installation activities, ensuring equipment is installed per manufacturer specs, safety requirements, and quality standards.
Conduct pre-installation site assessments, verify site readiness, review technical requirements, and coordinate preparation activities.
Manage external installation contractors, providing guidance, oversight, and support for efficient execution.
Monitor budgets, costs, and profitability targets while maintaining high-quality delivery.
