In this entry-level role, you will help keep initiatives organized, on schedule, and advancing by facilitating cross-functional communication and tracking progress. You will report to the VP of Operations and be based in Eden Prairie, MN (on-site). Responsibilities include developing and maintaining project plans, schedules, and milestones; tracking tasks and deadlines; scheduling and leading cross-functional meetings; preparing status updates; escalating issues as needed; and supporting process improvements. Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, supply chain, or related field; up to two years of project coordination/management experience; strong organizational and communication skills; proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management tools. Travel may be required; the work environment is an on-site office in Eden Prairie, MN, with typical hours 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday, and some flexibility or extra hours as needed.
