This role involves direct collaboration with public agency leaders to guide projects from planning and entitlements through PS&E and construction, while building and leading project teams, mentoring junior engineers and inspectors, and coordinating with city staff, inspectors, consultants, and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will apply Caltrans, APWA Greenbook, and local standards with confidence, manage projects through all phases, and develop proposals defining scope, schedule, and budget. Qualifications include a B.S. in Civil Engineering (ABET-accredited), PE license preferred and EIT required, 8+ years of municipal infrastructure or public-sector experience, strong communication, and a proactive problem-solving mindset. Additional details: This is a hybrid position based in Palmdale, CA; travel to client sites may be required. Salary range: $121,000 - $179,000 annually; benefits include competitive compensation, profit sharing, 401k, generous PTO, holidays, and education reimbursement.
