The Opportunity: MNL is seeking a Project Manager & Estimator to lead the planning, estimating, and delivery of prescribed fire projects and to support the ongoing development of MNL's wildfire suppression program. The role blends project management, estimating, client relationship management, and technical leadership to guide projects from initial client discussions and proposal development through completion, closeout, and ongoing customer support. While experience with prescribed fire is valuable, candidates with strong project management and estimating experience in vegetation management, natural resources, ecological restoration, construction, or related fields who are eager to develop additional technical fire services expertise are encouraged to apply.
