UT Southwestern Medical Center is seeking an on-site Project Manager to oversee the planning, initiation, and management of pediatric clinical research projects within the department. The role involves leading project teams, coordinating study timelines, managing contracts and subawards, and ensuring regulatory compliance across multisite studies. Responsibilities include developing project plans and milestones with the Principal Investigator, allocating resources, overseeing IRB submissions, and maintaining data quality for reporting and analysis. Additional duties include coordinating study visits, supporting participant recruitment and retention, contributing to grant applications and scholarly outputs, and developing staff training materials. Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, five years of clinical research experience with at least three years in project management (including management of specific trials or programs). A Master’s degree or higher is preferred. Prior experience with UT Southwestern’s mentoring programs is highly desirable. This is an on-site role based in Dallas, Texas.
