Position: Project Manager

Our client, an established company operating within the apertures manufacturing and installation industry, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee customer projects from handover to completion in Malta, Montana, United States. The role serves as the primary link between customers, sites and internal departments to ensure projects involving the manufacture and installation of apertures are properly planned, coordinated and delivered to agreed specifications and timelines.

Key responsibilities: - Take ownership of assigned projects from handover through installation and final completion - Review project requirements, specifications, drawings and customer requirements before progressing works - Develop and maintain project schedules with milestones and deadlines - Coordinate with Production, Procurement, Stores, Installation and other internal teams - Plan and coordinate installation schedules based on production readiness, site availability and customer requirements - Ensure installation teams have the necessary information, materials and instructions - Liaise with customers, contractors, architects, designers and other relevant stakeholders - Carry out site visits as required to monitor progress and verify requirements - Monitor project progress and proactively identify potential delays, discrepancies or issues - Resolve day-to-day project and site challenges, escalating significant operational or commercial matters where necessary - Ensure changes to project scope, specifications or requirements are properly documented and communicat
