This on-site role involves hands-on collaboration with field and office teams, clients, and vendors, overseeing budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and compliance to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within scope. You will plan, coordinate, and execute all phases of construction projects, manage cost tracking, change orders, and quality control programs, and coordinate with the BIM Coordinator for successful detailing and coordination. The position requires regular site visits, client communication, and reporting on milestones and decisions. Responsibilities include coordinating subcontractors, procurement of materials and equipment, and ensuring adherence to building and safety codes, environmental regulations, and internal standards. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or certificate in Construction Project Management with at least five years of experience in commercial construction; proficiency in project scheduling, budgeting, and field operations; strong understanding of mechanical systems and construction documentation; excellent leadership, time management, and organizational skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and project management software; and OSHA 10 or higher.
