Reporting to the Portfolio Manager, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of technology initiatives that support business objectives and strategic priorities across Europe. Working within a matrix organisation, you will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure successful project outcomes. This is a hybrid role requiring attendance at the office in Ashford, Kent or Hemel Hempstead three times per week, with travel as needed for project and team meetings. You will manage projects through the full lifecycle—from requirements gathering and solution design through to implementation and transition into business-as-usual operations—delivered under PMO governance with a blend of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
