Canvas8 is seeking a commercially sharp Project Manager to join the London team in a hybrid role focused on qualitative research delivery. You will own the operational execution of projects, with hands-on recruitment responsibilities, such as designing screeners, sourcing participants, onboarding, and ensuring accurate casting for focus groups, ethnographies, and online communities. You will build and maintain detailed project plans and timelines, coordinate international logistics, manage budgets, and proactively flag risks to senior stakeholders. You will liaise with internal researchers, global fieldwork partners, and clients to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery across membership and bespoke consultancy workstreams. The role requires strong communication, high organizational skills, and the ability to navigate multiple complex workstreams while maintaining cultural empathy and strong stakeholder relationships. The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of project or account management experience in a fast-paced agency, strategic research consultancy, casting agency, or client-side insights team, with a track record in end-to-end qualitative fieldwork and recruitment. Experience with financial services clients is desirable. This is a hybrid role based in London, United Kingdom, with flexible start times and a comprehensive benefits package.
