This on-site role in Dallas, Texas sits at the intersection of technology, operations, and strategy, partnering with leadership to translate priorities into action and initiatives into measurable impact. You will lead projects from concept through completion and adoption, ensuring solutions launch effectively and endure. This is an ownership role—anticipate challenges, remove obstacles, and drive accountability to deliver outcomes. Responsibilities include managing multiple high-impact projects, developing roadmaps, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and delivering implementations that improve day-to-day operations. You will translate business needs into clear functional and technical requirements, leverage dashboards and BI tools to track progress, and drive post-launch optimization. Qualifications include a bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Project Management, or related field; PMP preferred; 2+ years of project management experience; experience with enterprise technology implementations; knowledge of property management or multifamily environments is a plus; proficiency with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) and PM tools (Asana, Smartsheet, Monday.com).
