Position: We are looking for a Program Manager to join Vinted Go and drive the initiatives that improve the performance of our delivery network—the thousands of partner shops and lockers where Vinted members drop off and pick up their parcels every day. You are data-driven, enjoy solving complex problems, and collaborate effectively with stakeholders to translate insights into action. In this role, you will analyze data to develop and execute strategies that enhance delivery performance, helping to reinvent shipping to be more convenient, affordable, and sustainable.

What you’ll do - Drive performance improvement programs and projects, collaborating with Product, Engineering, Data Science, Customer Support, and other teams - Build and improve simple, scalable ways to track network performance (e.g., delivery times, failure rates, cost per parcel) - Lead projects that reduce delays, improve reliability, and optimize costs across the parcel network - Work closely with internal teams and external partners to improve daily operations - Contribute to achieving cost, efficiency, and sustainability targets with identified projects - Turn ambiguous problems into clear action plans and priorities - Help discov
