Bluestone is seeking a highly motivated Risk Adjustment & HCC Program Manager to lead and optimize our risk adjustment coding operations. The role will bridge clinical providers, the electronic health record (EHR) system, and the Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) organization to standardize workflows, develop standardized querying processes, and manage a dedicated coding team while maintaining the highest levels of CMS and OIG compliance. This data-driven, strategic leadership position reports to the SVP of Clinical Operations. The successful candidate will oversee a team of two Risk Adjustment Coders, drive daily operations, and ensure high accuracy and productivity in coding. Responsibilities include designing standardized processes for prospective and retrospective risk adjustment queries, fostering collaboration across the provider network, EHR, and RCM teams, and leading ongoing compliance audits. The role requires strong analytical, change management, and communication skills, with a focus on patient-centered care and performance monitoring. This is a full-time hybrid role, requiring the ability to operate across remote strategy, field observations, and on-site alignment, with residency in Bluestone’s primary markets of Minnesota, Wisconsin, or Florida. The salary range is $120,000 to $138,000 base, commensurate with experience.
