The Kentucky Manufacturing Extension Partnership (KY-MEP), a leading business consultancy dedicated to educating and empowering Kentucky manufacturers, is seeking an experienced Program Manager III for KY-MEP Client Services to cover the state of Kentucky. KY-MEP focuses on solving real-world manufacturing challenges through tailored strategies in workforce leadership and culture, operational efficiency, growth and innovation, and automation technologies. This is a renewable grant-funded position supported by a 10-year award, currently in its fifth year. Continued employment is contingent upon the availability and renewal of grant funding. The role is a remote-friendly, full-time position based in Louisville, Kentucky, with travel as needed to engage Kentucky manufacturers from small businesses to industry leaders.
