Essential Duties include promoting and selling All Makes parts and service capabilities both inside and outside of our facility; developing proposals and estimates in conjunction with the Outside PSSR using Service Link and PSQ quoting systems; maintaining close liaisons with the service shop, parts department and customers; conducting needs analyses to determine customer requirements and offering Blanchard solutions; building and managing strong customer relationships through proactive communication; nurturing existing customer contacts and responding to inquiries via phone, portal, email, text and chat; acting as the focal point for creating, collecting, organizing, and updating the CRM to support business development; optimizing lead acquisition channels to increase opportunities in the sales pipeline; following up to ensure servi
