The role sits in ING's Open Banking and XS2A area, part of COO/Payment and Settlement Services, to deliver ING’s Open Banking strategy. Open Banking focuses on APIs to securely open capabilities and share data, enabling innovation with partners, clients, and platforms.

You will join a cross-functional team of UX designers, architects, IT business analysts, IT integrators, and DevOps engineers to deliver Open Banking initiatives. Your responsibilities include: - Stakeholder management: lead continuous refinement of the vision and strategy; serve as a sparring partner for the squad and Product Lead; effectively communicate change. - Content alignment: continuously improve the product and customer journey in line with regulatory requirements and evolving commercial needs. - Bridge between users and delivery teams: interview users, collect feedback, listen, and challenge to build a well-loved product delivering maximum value. - Risk management: ensure compliance with non-functional risk requirements (IT risk, RCSA, etc.). - Agile development: apply design thinking, lean startup, and agile practices; define features and stories; maintain a product backlog aligned with the area roadmap; drive sprint planning, reviews, refinements, and demos; protect the team from impediments. - Collaboration: partner with the Product Lead and peers across squads to coordinate releases and communicate expectations to stakeholders.
