About the role

Priority Technology Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Product Marketing Manager to join the Commercialization team and shape how Priority's SMB products are positioned, messaged, and brought to market. This remote role (based in Alpharetta, Georgia, United States) owns the development of product marketing strategy, segmentation, and lifecycle programs that drive awareness, adoption, and growth across ISO and Direct-to-Merchant channels. The ideal candidate translates product capabilities into compelling positioning and uses data to guide marketing decisions, while exploring new channels, building self-serve onboarding experiences, and partnering with Corporate Marketing and Business Intelligence to monitor performance. The role also refines segmentation and customer journeys using current and emerging marketing technologies.

Responsibilities

Develop mature segmentation and ICPs across all SMB products, spanning ISO and D2C go-to-market motions.
Develop and refine product positioning and messaging that differentiates SMB products in the market and resonates with target segments.
Design and stand-up signal-based marketing journeys that respond to customer behavior and lifecycle stages.
Develop self-serve onboarding experiences that reduce friction and accelerate time-to-value for new customers.
Explore, test, and evaluate new marketing channels to identify scalable opportunities for growth.
Partner with the Business Intelligence team to define success metrics and monitor performance of product and lifecycle marketing initiatives, iterating based on data.
