Parsons is seeking an experienced Product Manager - Quality to join the Digital Labs iNET product team as a Quality Lead. In this role you will lead the Product Quality function across the product portfolio, establishing quality standards, processes, and best practices. You will own the end-to-end product quality strategy, ensuring products meet defined functional, performance, usability, and reliability requirements. You will create, maintain, and execute comprehensive test plans, strategies, test cases, and scripts for new features, enhancements, and releases. You will define quality acceptance criteria and partner with Product, Engineering, and Design to ensure requirements are testable and measurable. You will establish and track key quality metrics, including defect trends, test coverage, release readiness, and customer-reported issues. You will collaborate with Automation Engineers and Software Development teams to design, prioritize, and implement automated testing solutions that improve efficiency and coverage. You will identify opportunities to expand test automation and reduce manual testing while maintaining high quality standards. You will review automated test results, analyze failures, and drive root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
