Mercor is building its first mobile app and is seeking a Product Manager to own it end to end. This on-site, San Francisco-based role will define the mobile product, roadmap, and success metrics for how experts apply for jobs, track contracts, and complete assessments on mobile. You will own the full lifecycle from concept through launch and iteration, including release management, app store operations, mobile analytics, and post-launch growth. You will advance the frontier of AI by delivering products that translate user needs into business value. You will write specs and PRDs, build dashboards, and unblock engineering with small PRs as needed. Requirements include 5+ years as a product manager with significant mobile experience, a proven 0-to-1 track record, high ownership, independence, technical fluency, strategic vision, user research and customer interview skills, and the ability to balance rigorous experiments with long-term product direction.
