Lead the approval process for new funds, share classes and Managed Portfolio Service (MPS) launches
Design investment products, including objectives, policies and risk profiles
Own the Fair Value Assessment process in line with Consumer Duty and monitor customer outcomes KPI
Support the distribution of investment products and maintain product documentation
Prepare governance papers and present updates to governance committees
Build and maintain relationships across Investment Management, Compliance, Risk, Legal, Operations and Distribution
Monitor competitor activity and market developments to strengthen the AJ Bell Investments proposition
Support strategic projects that enhance the investment product offering

Desirable:

Level 4 investment qualification (IMC, CISI Diploma or equivalent) and more than five years' experience in investment product management or development within financial services
Strong understanding of FCA regulatory environment and Consumer Duty, including Fair Value Assessments and customer outcomes monitoring
Knowledge of Managed Portfolio Services (MPS) and the UK investment market
Excellent stakeholder management and ability to work across multiple business functions
Experience operating in a first line risk environment with risk identification and management
Excellent written communication skills with experience preparing governance papers, reports or regulatory documentation
