Responsibilities - Own the Global Fraud DataLake roadmap and end-to-end delivery to provide fraud insights across the organization. - Define and govern data governance for Global Fraud (owners, stewards) and align global and local governance. - Translate business needs into product requirements; collaborate with data management, engineering, risk, compliance, legal, and IT. - Drive integration of DataLake with internal data sources and analytics capabilities; ensure adoption across the global Fraud organization. - Lead the product lifecycle (design, implementation, operation) for data platforms; manage priorities and backlog at epic/feature level. - Work with Risk, Compliance, Model Risk Management, and Legal to ensure regulatory alignment and policy compliance. - Collaborate with stakeholders to articulate vision, strategy, and roadmap; communicate progress to senior management.
Requirements - Master’s degree. - 5+ years analytics experience in a business environment. - 3+ years product management experience. - Experience defining product vision, roadmap, and value proposition for enterprise data/analytics platforms. - Experience in Agile/Scrum. - Experience leading data platform or data lake implementations is a plus. - Experience with Google technologies is a plus. - Strong communication and stakeholder management; ability to influence without formal authority. - Analytical, data-driven mindset with ability to translate complex topics into actionable
