About the Role: YOOBIC is a frontline employee experience platform used by hundreds of global brands across retail, hospitality and manufacturing. Learn is a core product pillar delivering mobile-first microlearning, AI-assisted content creation, adaptive quizzes and role-based learning paths to onboard, upskill and certify frontline staff. As Product Manager for Learn, you will own the strategy and roadmap, decide what to build and what not to build, and drive through to shipped, adopted and measurable outcomes. You’ll collaborate with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Pre-sales, Implementation, Customer Success and Support, aligning Learn initiatives with wider business objectives and acting as a driver of innovation across the portfolio. You’ll explore AI-enabled opportunities to enhance content creation, personalization and performance insights.
