What you’ll do: - Own the product lifecycle end to end, from discovery and validation through build, launch, and post-launch measurement, to build the right thing and ship it at pace. - Collaborate with design, engineering, support, sales, service teams, and leadership to ensure alignment and successful delivery. - Be a self-starter with the ability to set direction and drive initiatives with minimal onboarding. - Demonstrate strong product judgment backed by data fluency; ship software products that move measurable business results. - Lead cross-functional teams to ship repeatedly and at pace.

What you’ll bring to this role: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience; degrees in engineering, business, computer science or related field valued. - 5+ years of experience in product management, customer discovery, or related field, ideally in SaaS. - Track record of products you personally owned that reached real users and delivered business impact. - Data-driven approach; comfort with SQL or analytics tooling is a plus. - Ability to coordinate across cross-functional teams to deliver. - Experience in telematics, video, IoT, safety, B2B SaaS, or startup/scale-up environments is a strong plus. - Excellent written and verbal communication; strong stakeholder management. - Self-starter, able
