About the role

J.P. Morgan is seeking a Product Manager to lead front-office commodities initiatives in London, United Kingdom. The Product Manager / Product Owner will bridge business stakeholders and technology delivery teams to translate complex workflows into high-impact, compliant solutions. You will work closely with traders, quants, and engineers to drive innovation and empower smarter, faster decisions across commodities markets. Responsibilities

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technology delivery teams.
Ensure technology solutions deliver measurable business value and regulatory compliance.
Own and manage the product backlog with a clear list of initiatives, deliverables, epics and stories.
Collaborate with Engineering Leads and Development Teams to translate business needs into actionable requirements.
Maintain a detailed execution plan for all deliverables, tracking committed dates, target dates, RAG status, and status commentary.
Understand system architecture, data flows, and integration points across front-to-back systems.
Participate in testing, validation, and release sign-off to ensure business requirements are met.
Gather user feedback to identify and prioritize enhancements, promoting continuous improvement within the product and delivery teams.
Lead Agile ceremonies: sprint planning, backlog refinement, review, and retrospectives.
8+ years of relevant experience as Product Owner, Product Ma
