Product Manager within COS AI, Analytics and Data (AIAD) leads the development, implementation and management of data and insights products for COS globally. You will work with a cross-functional team including Data Analysts, Business Analysts, Data Scientists, AI and Data Engineers, and key stakeholders to deliver AI, data and insights solutions that support sales, merchandising, inventory/pricing optimization and omni-channel analytics. You will define the strategic vision, direction and roadmap for data and insights product development, aligning with business goals and customer needs; collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify requirements, prioritize features and ensure timely delivery; establish high-level KPIs/OKRs and align them with stakeholders to support a data-driven environment; apply lean-agile methodologies to facilitate efficient and iterative product development; address a broad set of business challenges with stakeholders across marketing, sales, merchandising, purchasing, logistics and controlling; serve as the subject matter expert on sales, in-store operations, merchandising and business controlling within the product team; and stay up to date with the latest advancements in data management, advanced analytics and AI technologies, evaluating their potential impact on the organisation.
