More.com is seeking a Product Manager to join its Product team in Marousi, Athens, on-site, reporting to the Senior Product Manager. You will support the development of More.com's international web products and collaborate with Engineers and Designers to deliver exceptional experiences for customers and event organizers. The Role: The Product Manager will plan and deliver initiatives across More.com's international web platforms, gather and document business requirements, customer feedback and market insights, prepare user stories and acceptance criteria, and coordinate with Engineering, Design and QA to ensure smooth feature delivery. You will monitor product performance using analytics and customer feedback to identify opportunities for incremental improvements, participate in product discovery activities such as customer interviews, usability testing and competitor analysis, and support testing, release preparation and post-launch monitoring. You will use AI-powered tools to research ideas, prototype concepts and improve product workflows, maintain product documentation, release notes and knowledge resources, and continuously develop Product Management skills by learning from experienced product leaders.
