The Technical Product Manager supports the commercial success and lifecycle management of Optoma products by coordinating Product Management, Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, QA, and ODM engineering teams. This role focuses on product launches, competitive positioning, customer experience, product reviews, and continuous product improvement. While technical validation remains important, the primary objective is to drive product success and business growth.
Responsibilities - Drive the commercial success of assigned product lines; partner with Sales to support opportunities and address technical objections. - Support product launches, go-to-market positioning, pricing support, and sales enablement. - Develop FAQs, competitive battle cards, comparison guides, demo materials, and technical sales tools. - Manage new product setup and maintenance across NetSuite, Unity, websites, and related systems. - Understand market trends and customer needs to inform product decisions.
Customer Experience & Lifecycle - Monitor product performance across the lifecycle. - Analyze customer feedback, reviews, returns, and field issues. - Support Customer Service and Sales with escalations. - Improve customer-facing documentation and suggest product enhancements.
Product Reviews & Industry Engagement - Coordinate review samples for media and influencers. - Verify product readiness for external evaluations. - Manage reviewer communications while protecting confidential information. - Identify review risks and propose mitigations.
