Maintain and prioritize the Product Backlog aligned with business goals.Collaborate closely with agile development teams to ensure continuous value delivery.Use qualitative and quantitative data to inform decisions and validate hypotheses.Define, monitor, and interpret relevant business KPIs and derive actions.Requirements
Notes: The role is based in St. Gallen, Switzerland, and involves working within a regulated payments/commerce context.
- Several years of experience in Product Management or similar roles (e.g., Product Owner or Project Manager).
- Practical experience in E-Commerce, digital payments, or banking environments.
- Strong knowledge of the Swiss market, especially Retail and Payment infrastructure.
- Ability to connect Business and IT and manage stakeholders effectively.
- High level of initiative and proactive, self-driven mindset.
- Familiar with agile methods and frameworks (e.g., Scrum).
- Excellent communication skills in German and English.
