Our partner is hiring a Product Designer for a full-time remote role based in Portugal. You will shape products from early problem definition through launch and iteration, collaborating with product and engineering teams across web, native mobile, widgets, and user portals. Responsibilities: Own product design initiatives end-to-end from problem definition to post-launch iteration. Partner with product leaders, engineers, and designers to set direction and translate user needs into experiences. Design across desktop web, native iOS/Android experiences, embeddable widgets, and user portals. Create and maintain high-quality Figma libraries, components, Auto Layout structures, variables, and design-system patterns. Develop interactive prototypes and move beyond static mockups to accelerate learning. Collaborate with engineering during implementation, review builds, prevent design drift, balance fidelity with delivery. Conduct user research and usability testing, incorporate feedback into design decisions. Communicate design concepts via specifications, walkthroughs, Figma comments, and asynchronous formats. Manage priorities across multiple product areas while aligning with leadership and evolving business needs. Refine mature experiences while introducing new features without disrupting workflows. Requirements: 3+ years professional product design experience in SaaS or software environments. Advanced proficiency in Figma (components, Auto Layout, variables, prototyping, Dev Mode). Ability to design across the full design spectrum from early exploration to polished interfaces.
