Responsibilities - Own the end-to-end roadmap for AI Shopping conversion across social-commerce journeys. - Define product strategy and execution plans to drive funnel efficiency. - Define success metrics, build dashboards, and monitor performance from discovery to checkout. - Analyze pixel data, attribution models, and funnel analytics to identify friction points and high-impact opportunities. - Collaborate with engineering, analytics, design, operations, and leadership to align on tradeoffs, dependencies, and milestones. - Use customer insights and experimentation to guide roadmap decisions and iterate quickly. - Identify opportunities to scale workflows and improve platform reliability and attribution accuracy. Requirements - Option 1: Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field and 9 years of product management experience; Option 2: 11 years of product management or related experience. - Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration with 8+ years of PM experience; experience with consumer-facing, large-scale products; supervisory experience. - Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.2 AA) and inclusive digital experiences. - Strong cross-functional collaboration, data analytics, attribution, and ability to align social commerce, AI discovery, search visibility, and checkout optimization into a cohesive growth strategy. Salary - Bentonville, AR: $110,000–$220
