You will design, develop, and maintain robust backend APIs including a public Text-to-Speech API and internal services such as Payments, Subscriptions, Auth, and Consumption Tracking, ensuring scalability and reliability. You will oversee the full backend API landscape, optimize performance, and collaborate on B2B solutions that support enterprise integrations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to align backend architecture with product strategy and user experience in a fully distributed environment with no office. The ideal candidate has proven backend development experience with TypeScript/Node.js, direct experience with GCP, and familiarity with AWS, Azure, or other cloud providers. Experience with Docker and Kubernetes is a plus.
