About The Role

This is an office-based role in Sofia, Bulgaria. We are seeking a strong performance marketing professional to support and execute user acquisition strategies across web, app, or both, depending on experience. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in paid acquisition, campaign optimization, and performance analysis. Experience in mobile app acquisition is highly valued; strong web acquisition experience with funnels, tracking, and conversion performance is also welcome. Key responsibilities:

Support the User Acquisition Lead in planning and implementing user acquisition strategies across web, app, or both.
Execute, optimize, analyze, and report on campaign performance across digital advertising platforms.
Collaborate with internal and external design teams to produce engaging and high-performing advertising content.
Bring forward innovative campaign ideas and coordinate with stakeholders to execute them effectively.
Monitor performance across the full acquisition funnel, including traffic quality, conversion, registration, and
