We’re seeking a high-performing B2B Outside Sales Representative to drive new business growth in Montgomery, Alabama (onsite). In this territory-based role, you will prospect and qualify leads, conduct on-site assessments and presentations for uniform rental, floor care, restroom, and facility service programs, and develop tailored proposals to close multi-year service agreements. You will maintain and update the CRM with client information and activity, and you will meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas. You will collaborate with service and operations teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding. Compensation includes a base salary plus uncapped commissions and quarterly bonuses, plus a monthly car allowance and fuel card. What We’re Looking For: 0-2+ years of B2B sales experience (uniform rental, industrial supply, waste management, safety gear, or janitorial services preferred). Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and a reliable vehicle.
