BAE Systems is seeking an experienced Operations Program Manager II for the TacAir product line in Nashua, New Hampshire. This hybrid role combines on-site and remote work and requires 4-6 years of program management experience with EVMS and cost account management. Responsibilities include delivering all contractual commitments on schedule, developing and monitoring plans aligned to the Business Operating Plan, coordinating with manufacturing to meet demand, transitioning hardware from NPI to production, identifying and mitigating risks, managing the Integrated Master Schedule and Master Demand Schedule, and acting as a liaison among Operations, Engineering, Quality, and the Program Office.
