Position: Onsite Assistant Community Manager. Location: Mableton, Georgia, United States (Onsite). Overview: The Onsite Assistant Community Manager supports the Homeowners Association (HOA) and the Property Manager, coordinating maintenance, vendor contracts, budgeting processes, and communications with residents and committees. The role works under the direction of the management agent and the Board of Directors to ensure smooth operation of the community and compliance with covenants.
