Based in Boston, Massachusetts, United States, Anduril Industries is seeking an NX CAD Admin/Triage Support to establish, maintain, and optimize the Siemens NX CAD environment used by our engineering and manufacturing teams. You will work side-by-side with designers and engineers to ensure reliable, performant, and standardized CAD tools that enable rapid design, iteration, and delivery of advanced defense solutions.

What you'll do: - Develop, implement, monitor, and optimize the Siemens NX CAD environment, including templates, customization files, role-based configurations, and default settings across the organization. - Provide specialized technical support for CAD software applications (NX, SolidWorks) used by design and engineering teams. - Manage the IT helpdesk queue (for example Jira Service Desk), ensuring tickets are triaged, categorized, and assigned correctly. - Resolve Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support tickets related to CAD/PLM software issues. - Meet or exceed SLAs for ticket response and resolution times. - Onboard new hires by setting up CAD-capable workstations, user accounts, and software permissions. - Create, organize, and maintain user-facing self-service documentation and internal IT knowledge base articles. - Provide technical leadership and structured training to engineering and design teams; mentor less experienced users and serve as the primary escalation point for NX-related issues. - Coordinate configuration and improvement projects with engineering, manufacturing, IT, quality, and Siemens/external service providers; act as the technical point
