Turner & Townsend is seeking an NEC Project Manager to join the Real Estate team in Birmingham, delivering end-to-end project management for construction and refurbishment schemes. Responsibilities include leading project management commissions, serving as the day-to-day client interface to ensure objectives are met and projects are delivered on time and within cost targets to required quality standards. Projects may range up to £40m in value, with larger advisory assignments possible. You will provide strategic advice at the conception stage, establish overall success criteria, and plan and manage quality, safety, health and environment. You will establish project governance, create detailed project plans, advise on resource procurement, lead cross-functional teams, apply performance management techniques (KPIs), manage change control, monitor project finances, and communicate with the client through meetings and reports. You will also take a leading role in interfacing with the client and other consultants at all project stages. Qualifications: Degree in a relevant discipline; proven experience managing construction or refurbishment projects, ideally in a consultancy environment; good working knowledge of NEC4 ECC.
