Patrianna is a fast-scaling product development company seeking an experienced Mobile QA Lead to oversee mobile quality assurance for iOS and Android apps and drive the QA strategy across releases. You will plan and risk assess QA activities, organize tasks, and coordinate releases to the App Store and Google Play, including release notes and store optimization content. You will manage pre-release checks for iOS and Android guidelines, monitor post-release production, oversee beta-to-production transitions (TestFlight, Google Play Beta to stable), conduct regression and risk-based testing, and coordinate testing across devices, screen sizes, and OS versions. You will design and maintain test cases, test suites, and test documentation; report bugs and analyze results; manage technical debt and testing automation scope; set QA metrics and drive process improvements; mentor QA teammates and interview candidates. The role requires deep knowledge of iOS and Android platforms, strong leadership and communication, experience with Jira or TestRail, automation tooling, Firebase crash analytics, and familiarity with AI tools.
