Adcash is a global online advertising platform seeking a self-motivated Media Buyer to prospect, onboard, and optimize affiliate campaigns to maximize client performance. In this hybrid role based in Tallinn, Estonia, you will: acquire and onboard new customers following our screening process; conduct post-onboarding follow-ups to ensure satisfaction; monitor, analyze, and optimize portfolios to deliver positive results; build long-term client relationships and provide innovative solutions for marketing objectives; stay informed on online advertising and affiliate marketing developments; maintain up-to-date knowledge of partner platforms; share campaign performance metrics with the team; and track budget allocations. We value experience or strong interest in iGaming, affiliate marketing, and performance-based models (CPM, CPA, CPI, CPC), understanding of ad formats and traffic sources, and strong negotiation and multi-project management skills.
