Job Summary The MEAL Program Manager will act as the technical advisor and process lead for Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning (MEAL). Responsibilities include developing and managing the MEAL system, coordinating MEAL activities across the project lifecycle, maintaining partner relationships, ensuring data quality and donor compliance, and supporting learning initiatives to improve program outcomes.
Key Responsibilities - Develop the MEAL system and manage MEAL implementation through the project cycle — design, start-up, implementation and close-out — in line with CRS standards and donor requirements. - Provide technical support for MEAL system design and implementation, including appropriate tools and methods. - Lead planning and analysis of qualitative and quantitative MEAL data, ensuring data quality and data management practices. - Integrate data analysis and learning to drive improvements in ongoing activities. - Ensure donor and agency MEAL compliance and monitor adherence across activities. -
