Enea is seeking a hands-on B2B Marketing Manager to join its Global Marketing team in Dublin, reporting to the VP of Marketing. This role is suitable for someone currently operating as a Marketing Manager or ready to step into that level, with strong campaign delivery, sound judgement, and the ability to collaborate across marketing, sales, product, and external partners.

Key responsibilities: - Develop and execute customer- and market-focused campaigns across priority segments and accounts. - Create, coordinate, and activate marketing assets, including opinion papers, ebooks, presentations, web content, social posts, campaign materials, advertising, and award entries. - Manage campaigns across events, trade shows, roadshows, webinars, sales enablement activity, and digital channels. - Support sales teams with account-specific messaging, field marketing activity, customer engagement plans, and campaign follow-up. - Use market, customer, and competitor insight to support campaign planning, messaging, and content development. - Plan, manage, and report on campaign budgets, suppliers, timelines, outputs, and results. - Work with agencies, vendors, internal stakeholders, and regional teams to brief work clearly, manage delivery, and review performance.
