Adventist Health Roseville is seeking a temporary, full-time Marketing Automation Coordinator for an eight-hour day shift with a remote setup. The role develops email and multi-channel communications for internal and external audiences to drive engagement and protect brand reputation. The coordinator partners with marketing and communications, philanthropy, and other shared services to plan, create, test, and deploy campaigns, using marketing automation platforms and CRM data to build technically sound workflows, segmentation models, and integrations that support marketing, philanthropic, and other initiatives.

Required qualifications: - Associate’s degree in communications, marketing, public relations, philanthropy communications, or equivalent experience - Three years’ experience in email marketing, communications, public relations, or related fields - Experience building automated workflows, journeys, or lifecycle campaigns in a MAP - Experience with CRM databases such as Raiser's Edge, Salesforce, or similar platforms, including field mapping and data hygiene (preferred)
Preferred: - Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, or related field
Essential functions: - Manage and execute the content calendar across campaigns, events, newsletters, appeals, and stewardship communications; coordinate timelines, approvals, and deliverables - Build, test, deploy, and optimize email campaigns and automated journeys within the MAP, including templates, dynamic content, personalization, segmentation, A/B testing, and QA - Develop and maintain automated workflows, dashboards
