In this role you will: - Lead multiple complex, sales-driven projects and programs from initiation through delivery, ensuring alignment to defined business outcomes and customer commitments. - Partner with Sales, Engineering, Finance, Operations, and external stakeholders to scope projects, define objectives, and agree on measurable performance goals. - Develop and manage integrated project plans, timelines, milestones, and budgets to drive on-time, on-scope, and on-budget delivery. - Identify, assess, and proactively manage project risks and issues using structured tools to minimize impact and maximize positive outcomes. - Apply financial acumen to interpret key indicators, support sound decision-making, and protect project and business performance. - Communicate project status, risks, and dependencies clearly to sponsors and stakeholders, tailoring messaging to diverse audiences including customers and sales teams. - Leverage cross-functional and external resources, sharing best practices and lessons learned to improve delivery across programs. - Coach and support project team members and other Project Managers, providing guidance, feedback, and leadership throughout the project lifecycle.
