Lead Program Manager in the Mission Applications (MA) Group within STR's AC2 Division. The MA group applies mission-focused software and deployment expertise to deliver operational prototypes for national security customers. The PM will manage a portfolio of programs from marketing and proposal development through contract initiation, execution, close-out, and transition, and will support business operations to enable successful delivery. The PM may support multiple efforts in the Analytics and C2 Divisions and potentially other STR divisions. You will work with government customers and multi-contractor teams to identify mission requirements and prioritize technical development; track schedules and milestones; coordinate with STR business operations; communicate with customers; and monitor performance and risk. You will collaborate with product managers, engineers, mission engineers, subcontractors, and support staff to address risks and issues, synthesize data from multiple sources, and report status to customers and internal leadership. You will manage scientists, engineers, and technicians across broad areas of expertise and work to meet cost, schedule, and customer objectives in a fast-paced environment. Strong customer relationships and open lines of communication are essential.
