RevSpring is seeking a Key Account Manager to be a strategic partner to our most important and complex customers. This role is responsible for building trusted relationships, understanding each customer’s business, and helping customers achieve greater value from RevSpring’s products and services.

As the customer’s primary advocate, the Key Account Manager develops strong relationships with executives, operations leaders, and product users while coordinating internal teams around customer goals. The role requires deep product knowledge and the ability to lead detailed conversations about product capabilities, workflows, adoption, performance, and optimization. This is a remote-friendly position (Remote OK), with the option for on-site work in Nashville, Tennessee, United States, depending on business needs. Travel to customer locations, partners, or RevSpring sites is typically up to 25%.
