About the role

Junior Controller (m/f/d) is sought for a one-year fixed-term contract in our Financial Planning & Analysis team. The role focuses on coordinating and implementing mid-term planning, performing detailed budgeting for the following year, and providing monthly reporting to stakeholders. You will conduct variance analysis, analyze company and sales performance using KPIs, and continuously improve related reports and metrics. Additional duties include supporting the monthly forecast process, contributing to capital and liquidity planning, and preparing sections of reports/presentations for monthly shareholder meetings and supervisory board meetings. You will assist in developing controlling models and systems and in preparing the management report as part of the annual business report.

Your profile: A completed Bachelor's or Master's in business administration (or similar). 1-2 years' experience in controlling in a bank or financial services provider. Solid fundamentals in accounting (HGB, IFRS). Very good English and German language skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, good communication and presentation abilities. Resilience, motivation, and reliability. Proficient in standard Office applications and in information/analytics tools. Ability to work successfully in a multicultural and dynamic environment.
