Junior Business Analyst – Private Markets Platform

We are seeking a motivated Junior Business Analyst to join the Private Markets Platform team. The team brings together expertise in business analysis, business architecture, and project management and plays a central role in shaping how the firm operates at scale. Our focus is on driving large-scale transformations, improving end-to-end processes, and designing scalable, future-ready solutions that support our clients and investment teams.

What you will do: - Design, re-engineer, and document key business processes with stakeholders from both business and IT - Conduct requirement analyses and detailed gap assessments across topics in the company - Write test cases and organize and perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) - Support project management activities, including organizing workshops with subject matter experts, overseeing IT delivery, preparing status reports, and managing resource and work planning - Define and present conceptual approaches, target operating models, solution options, and required decisions, and document results - Collaborate with IT counterparts to bridge business and technology teams - Train business users on rolled-out tools, promote adoption, and support the change management process

Requirements

University degree or equivalent in Business Economics, Business Informatics, or Information Technology
First experience in business analysis in financial services or with a leading consulting firm in a role at the Business-IT interface
Ability to work on own initiative and in collaboration with
