Integration Platform Engineer Expert based in Madrid, Spain. The role is part of an international technical team responsible for the operation and evolution of the integration platform, performing L3 support, resolving complex incidents, and implementing automation and continuous improvement. Responsibilities include maintaining the platform in production environments, resolving incidents and tickets escalated from L2, troubleshooting via logs, monitoring and diagnostic tools, managing capacity, performance, availability and scalability, performing initial root-cause analysis (RCA) and defining corrective actions, supporting deployments, releases and production changes, developing automation scripts for repetitive operational tasks, managing critical incidents and service restoration processes, creating SOPs, technical documentation and Knowledge Articles, identifying recurring issues and proposing ongoing improvements, tracking operational KPIs and SLA compliance, and coordinating with internal teams and external vendors in an international context.
