Confie and its family of companies are seeking an Insurance Sales Representative for an on-site role in Kendall, Florida. You will primarily sell nonstandard auto insurance to new and existing customers, with no cold calling involved. Compensation includes hourly pay of $15-$18 plus uncapped commissions and renewal commissions, plus a comprehensive benefits package. Sign-on bonus is available for holders of a 220 license. Responsibilities include soliciting new business and maintaining current levels to meet or exceed sales goals, building relationships with existing customers to grow production, accurate processing of currency transactions and timely deposits in the agency management system, and educating customers on products to determine the best fit. The ideal candidate will have a Personal Lines or Property & Casualty license (preferred but not required), be bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred), have sales or customer service experience, a high school diploma or GED, and strong communication and multitasking abilities.
